Acuity Odd Billing

When I first got this insurance for my car, it seemed reasonable. Once with the company, it seemed my monthly payment would increase a few dollars at a time, for no reason. At the time, I was on a limited budget, and that is why I chose monthly payments for my car insurance. However, I had to change insurance companies, as I coud not seem to keep up with the fluctuating billing.

I had never heard of this company when my agent gave me their quote last year. But the price was very good and I've used the same agent for a long time and he recommended the quote. About 2 months ago I was rear-ended and the lady that hit me had some lousy insurance company out of Texas that was not responsive. Then after about 2 weeks of back and forth they told me the lady had no coverage on the day she hit me. I called Acuity and told them w...
